A tour of the Sanctuary facilities is available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please call 512-478-8500 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM and ask to schedule an appointment with the Sanctuary event coordinator.
Events may be scheduled in the Chapel or at Beverly Hall at the following times:

The Sanctuary facilities are not available for rentals on the following days: Good Friday, Easter weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Additional holidays we do not book are Independence Day, Halloween, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. No weddings may be booked for Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings.
Sanctuary Rental Fees
The fees for use of the Sanctuary facilities include the cost for the Event Coordinator, audio assistance, utilities, and normal custodial duties.
The event coordinator's duties included in the facility rental rate include: pre-event consultation; ensuring the facility is cleaned for the event; providing access to the facility on the day of the event and at any rehearsals; and assurance that all lights, air and sound are working properly on the day of the event. If additional duties are requested, the event coordinator will negotiate directly with the contracting party for an additional fee payable to the event coordinator for duties above and beyond those included in the standard facility rental agreement.
Rental Fees - Non Church Members
The Chapel $850.00 per event
Beverly Hall $850.00 per event
To book your event, you will need to visit with the Event Coordinator and determine availability of the facility needed. The Building Use Contract shall then be reviewed and signed and returned to The Sanctuary with a 50% deposit payable by check or cash. The date will then be reserved. If the date is released more than 60 days prior to the event date you will be refunded the full deposit. If the date is cancelled 60 days or closer to the event date, no refund will be given.
Once the date is secured, the deposit is credited to the balance of the rental. The remaining rental balance is due prior to the event.
